Description: Outrageous, over-the-top Italian “free-style” chandelier from the 1950s. This one is not for the timid or faint-hearted and looks like it comes straight out of some secret experimental lab at Stilnovo. The sheer audacity of the design combined with excellent craftmanship make this a truly special and unique mid-century chandelier. Very good original condition with some loss to the lacquered parts and a nice patina on the brass. Two original Bakelite E27 sockets with new wiring.

Description: Rare modernist ‘flying saucer’ chandelier by Fontana Arte from the 1950s. Brass hardware with a large lavender lacquered perforated shade and a geometrically textured glass diffuser. Description: Large Maison Charles table lamp dubbed ‘Morille’ from the 1970s. Atop the solid cast base and stem sits an intricate tubular structure in the shape of a stylized morel. The entire lamp is nickeled on the outside and gilt on the inside thus creating a very warm glowing light that emanates from within the tubes. Four E27 sockets with new wiring. Description: Absolutely rare Minimalist perspex and aluminum table lamp by Stilux, circa 1960. A stunningly simple design in which the socket is inserted in a white perspex disc which itself is inserted into a solid cube of aluminum. The white perspex disc is glossy on the back and matte on the front. One original E27 socket with part of the original Stilux label on the chromed socket cover which has some loss of chrome on the back half.
